Dosage:?Subcutaneous 1. Hold the chick by the back of the neck just below the head. The loose skin in the area is raised gently by pinching the area. Insert the needle beneath the skin in a downward direction from the head. Avoid hitting the muscles and bones in the neck. Inject 0.2 ml per chick. 2. The bottle of diluent containing reconstituted vaccine should be kept in an ice bath and swirled frequently. 3. Chill the diluent overnight in a refrigerator before use. Do not freeze.
